Affiliate Content Rules
Effective October 23, 2026
These rules are part of the Affiliate Program Terms. Breaking them can lead to removal and forfeited commissions. When in doubt, ask before you post.
1. Always disclose that you earn a commission
- Put a clear disclosure before or right next to your link, where people can’t miss it. Example: “I earn a commission if you join through my link.”
- Hashtags alone (#ad buried among others) are not enough. A disclosure only in your bio or profile is not enough. A disclosure hidden behind “more” is not enough.
- Use the platform’s paid-partnership or branded-content tool where one exists, and your written disclosure.
- On video: say it out loud and show it on screen. On livestreams, repeat it from time to time.
- On image stories, put it over the image long enough to read.

2. No income or results claims
Never claim or hint at income, profit, payouts, win rates, or “getting funded.” No guarantees of any kind. No results or P&L screenshots. No results testimonials (yours or anyone else’s). No hooks about the viewer’s own losses.
3. No prices, discounts or bounty amounts
Don’t post prices, discounts, “deals,” or your bounty or commission amount. Use exactly:
“Billed monthly until you cancel. See pricing at cktraderpro.com.”
4. Education only
CK Trader Pro is education only. It is not signals, investment advice or trade calls. You must not give trade recommendations or tell anyone what to buy or sell.
5. Required risk line
Every post with your link must include:
“Education only. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss.”
6. Audience 21+
Our audience is adults 21+. Never target or market to minors or anyone under 21.
7. Wording
- Say “many,” never “most.”
- Never claim to be CK or to speak for him.
- Don’t name CK’s past employers.
8. No brand bidding
No paid search or paid social ads bidding on “CK Trader Pro,” “CKGA3,” “NQ Live Trading,” “CK Trading Institute,” or any variant or misspelling. No brand names in domains or handles.
9. Prop firms
Prop-firm evaluations are typically simulated. Don’t imply CK Trader Pro is a prop firm, funds traders, or gets anyone funded.
10. Running ads
If you run ads, follow Meta’s and TikTok’s financial-products ad policies (and any other platform’s rules) in addition to these rules.
