Welcome to CK Trader Pro (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (cktraderpro.com), educational content, TradingView indicators, simulated trading tools, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services. 

1. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms

  • Use the Services in compliance with applicable U.S. and state laws

The Services are intended for educational purposes only and are not investment advisory tools.

2. Educational Purpose Only (No Financial Advice)

CK Trader Pro provides trading education, training, simulated trading, and indicators for research and study purposes.

We do NOT:

  • Provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice

  • Guarantee trading results or profitability

  • Execute real-money trades

  • Act as a broker, financial advisor, or fiduciary

Trading involves substantial risk. Users are solely responsible for their own financial decisions.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

Some Services require a paid subscription.

4.1 Payment Processing

Payments are handled by secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). CK Trader Pro does not store full credit card numbers.

4.2 Billing

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal. Renewal terms will match your selected plan unless stated otherwise.

4.4 Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all subscription charges are non-refundable.
You may cancel at any time, but canceled plans remain active until the end of the billing period.

5. TradingView Indicators & Third-Party Integrations

CK Trader Pro may provide tools or indicators that integrate with TradingView or similar platforms.

You acknowledge that:

  • TradingView is a separate third-party service

  • Their terms and privacy policies also apply

  • CK Trader Pro is not responsible for TradingView outages, changes, or errors

  • Access to indicators may require valid TradingView credentials

Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of proprietary indicators is strictly prohibited.

6. Simulated Trading Tools

Our simulated (paper-trading) tools:

  • Do not reflect actual market conditions

  • Do not execute real trades

  • Are for education and practice only

  • Should not be used to evaluate actual financial performance

Past performance in simulations does not guarantee future real-world performance.

7. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal educational use.

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or distribute our content or indicators

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary code

  • Use the Services for commercial purposes without written permission

  • Upload malicious code, disrupt systems, or abuse the Services

  • Use CK Trader Pro indicators on unauthorized or shared accounts

Violating this section may result in account termination and legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, indicators, logos, videos, educational materials, and branding belong to CK Trader Pro and are protected under U.S. intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 No Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy or completeness of information

  • Uninterrupted access

  • Profitable trading outcomes

  • That tools will always function as expected

9.2 Risk Warning

Trading stocks, futures, forex, crypto, and other markets involves substantial risk and may result in loss of capital.
You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • CK Trader Pro is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses resulting from use of the Services.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, losses related to trading decisions, data errors, outages, or third-party platform issues.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CK Trader Pro and its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims or damages resulting from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of any law or third-party rights

  • Actions taken based on content from the Services

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse the Services

  • We discontinue the Services

Upon termination, your access to indicators, courses, and tools will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest revision.
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
