Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Use.

1. Your membership renews automatically. CK Trader Pro Membership ($333/month) is billed on the day you join and every month on the same date until you cancel. Prices are in USD, plus any applicable tax.

2. How to cancel. You can cancel at any time without talking to anyone. Email ckga3@cktradinginstitute.org with the subject “Cancel.” Write from your account email.

We’ll email you a cancellation confirmation. If we show you an offer to stay, a cancel option will appear right next to it, and you can finish cancelling right away.

3. When cancellation takes effect. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the next billing date. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

4. Subscription refunds. Subscription charges are non-refundable, and we don’t give partial refunds for unused time, except that we will refund:

• charges made in error, including duplicate charges or the wrong amount;
• any charge made after you cancelled on time (before the next billing date);
• the unused part of a period if we discontinue your plan or materially reduce its core features during a paid period, or end your plan for a reason other than your breach of our Terms; and
• any refund required by law.

5. Price changes. We’ll email you at least 7 days and no more than 30 days before a price change or a material change to renewal terms takes effect, with instructions on how to cancel.

6. Third-party purchases aren’t covered. Prop-firm evaluations, resets, activations, TradingView subscriptions, market data and broker fees are covered by those companies’ refund policies, even if you used our link or code.

7. How refunds are paid. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take longer to post them.

8. Contact us first. If you think a charge is wrong, email ckga3@cktradinginstitute.org. This doesn’t limit your legal right to dispute a charge.
