Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”) are between CK TRADING INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us”), which operates cktraderpro.com, and the person or entity accepted into the program (“Affiliate,” “you”). The program is run through Rewardful. By applying or sharing a referral link, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 21 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
1.2 No self-referral. You may not earn a bounty on your own membership, or on memberships for anyone in your household, or for accounts you control.
1.3 We may accept or decline any application, for any lawful reason, at our sole discretion.
1.4 Company employees and contractors may join only with written approval.
2. The Platform
2.1 Referral tracking, reporting and payouts run through Rewardful, connected to our Stripe account. You must also accept Rewardful’s own terms.
2.2 Rewardful’s tracking records control bounty calculation, except in cases of obvious error, which we will correct in good faith.
3. Bounty
3.1 You earn a one-time bounty of US$166.50 for each new paying member you refer.
3.2 The bounty is earned only after the referred member’s second monthly payment clears. There is no recurring commission and no commission on later payments.
3.3 A “referred member” is a new customer who joins through your unique Rewardful link within the cookie window and was not already a customer.
3.4 Cookie window: 60 days from the last click. Last-click attribution applies unless Rewardful settings state otherwise.
4. Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversal
4.1 If the referred member is refunded or charges back before their second monthly payment clears, no bounty is earned.
4.2 A bounty that was paid on a fraudulent or self-referred referral, or on one that broke these Terms or the Content Rules, is reversed. We may deduct it from future payouts, or you agree to repay it within 30 days of notice.
5. Payouts
5.1 Earned bounties are paid through Rewardful monthly, on the 15th.
5.2 There is no minimum payout threshold.
5.3 You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.
6. Tax Forms
6.1 US affiliates must provide a valid IRS Form W-9. Non-US affiliates must provide Form W-8BEN (individuals) or W-8BEN-E (entities).
6.2 We will issue Form 1099-NEC where required.
6.3 Payouts are withheld until a valid form is on file. We may withhold taxes where the law requires it.
6.4 You are responsible for your own taxes.
7. Content Rules
7.1 The CK Trader Pro Affiliate Content Rules (“Content Rules”), as updated from time to time, are part of these Terms by reference. Breaking them is a breach of these Terms.
7.2 Among other things, the Content Rules require a clear FTC disclosure, the required risk line, and no income, results, price or guarantee claims.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
(a) bid on, or run paid search or paid social ads targeting, “CK Trader Pro,” “CKGA3,” “NQ Live Trading,” “CK Trading Institute,” or any misspelling, variation or combination of those names;
(b) use our names or trademarks, or confusingly similar terms, in any domain name, subdomain, social handle, app name, or account name;
(c) send spam or unsolicited messages, or use bought, rented or scraped contact lists;
(d) use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, adware, or any other method that sets a cookie without a real click;
(e) impersonate CK (George Ama) or the Company, or suggest you speak for either;
(f) list referral links or codes on coupon, deal or cashback sites unless we approve it in writing;
(g) target or market to anyone under 21;
(h) make any claim forbidden by the Content Rules.
9. Independent Contractor
You are an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency or franchise relationship. You may not bind the Company.
10. Term and Termination
10.1 Either party may end participation at any time with notice.
10.2 We may suspend or terminate you immediately for any breach of these Terms or the Content Rules.
10.3 On termination for a violation, all unpaid and pending bounties are forfeited. On termination without cause, bounties already earned under Section 3.2 will be paid under Section 5.
10.4 On termination you must stop using your links and our marks.
11. Changes
We may change these Terms, the Content Rules or the bounty with 15 days notice by email or through Rewardful. Continuing in the program after the effective date means you accept the changes. Changes do not reduce bounties already earned.
12. Limited License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the approved brand assets only to promote cktraderpro.com under these Terms.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
13.1 The program is provided “as is.” We do not promise any level of earnings or referrals or uninterrupted tracking.
13.2 To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the bounties paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, CK and their officers, members and contractors from claims, losses, fines and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your ads, your breach of these Terms or the Content Rules, or your violation of law.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue is the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware (matching the existing cktraderpro.com site terms).
16. Notices
Notices to you go to the email on your Rewardful account. Notices to us go to ckga3@cktradinginstitute.org and CK TRADING INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY LLC, 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713. Email notice takes effect when sent.
17. General
Entire agreement (together with the Content Rules and Rewardful terms); severability; no waiver; you may not assign without our consent; Sections 4, 6, 10.3, 13, 14 and 15 survive termination.
